Trained & Shaped

My beginning was in the very welcoming 'Allgäu', an alpine region in southern Germany.

And here is a little orientation on how it went on, which is still my background. Or my basis, on which I started and continued to run.

Trained in:
Occupational therapy, life and grief support, in movement arts, dance theater, types of massage, shamanism, nature and wilderness education, vision quest leadership and other formats for rites of passage.

Freelance for over 30 years in individual sessions and groups. For a few years in companies. Whether children, teenagers or adults. Every age has its magic. ......

And on the other hand formed by:

- The very earthly, beloved soul path with my daughter
- My heart in the adventure of life
- Injuries and dealing with them
- The silence
- The new writing
- And the countless hours of being with the 'natural universe'. You, who kept me from giving up on some tricky stretches of the way, among many magical things. To quietly accompany me to new goals. Lovingly inexorable.

Apparent detours was a bold desire to experience what it means to be human. My various moments of seemingly 'free fall', finally 'free flights'.

Written

Until 2007, it would never have occurred to me that writing was a part of me. Even though I had writing assignments from an early age in occupational therapy and it came up again and again, in a wide variety of contexts.

Then, in 2009, the book 'Earthkeeper' was created, due to the hearty pressure of seminar participants. They said that my unusual work should be written down. And it was an expression of how I was on the road as a 'warrior' for decades and heartily struggled to find a wonderful way of perceiving and thinking freely. To entrust ourselves to the connection to creation.

Eventually, something new came up to me. From the stillness and letting go of the supposed foundations of life. Being picked up, writing it down and it filled me with amazement and joy to enter this new world.
This is how a card tarot was created in 2020, which I did not publish, however.

In the winter of 2021/2022, alone in a house by the North Sea, short stories from the 'natural universe' suddenly appeared.
A very special and wondrous path that you follow when reading.
'When it's time' - tender stories live forever - publication in summer 2023.

And who knows, maybe the completely different, tickling, little impulse booklet
"An elder wanders around...'" will find it's way onto paper too some time.

My work life

Working and living is a uniformly woven carpet on which I stand. And I know that the unconventionally flowing but me-being is the most solid thing I have.

Once, 37 years ago, the first management of
so-called self-awareness groups, body awareness, women's groups, ritual groups began. It quickly became clear that I am a 'dreamer warrior', a 'magician of the heart' who does not follow any single specific technique.

I use techniques that make sense and make me happy. They are subject to my heart, not I to them. I have always listened to the quality of time, create, combine what I have learned, create new things. And let flow in what a wanderer and collector of stories and deepening of life has experienced. This is how the work and life path to my 'dream earth' came about. There, where I came from as a young woman with my perceptions of our existence here.

Hopefully this will make me a wise old woman.
;-) who tells the stories. Who can be a healing companion to the person who confides in her.

Everything from my life treasure and the warmth for the creative forces and us humans in the middle. My inner healer went many ways and I suffered injuries just like other people. I'm like every human being.

Everything I do is meant for our hearts, which are allowed to open even wider - and let us humans go even further than we can imagine. Into what we are as humans. In our love and freedom and togetherness, for this beautiful earth.

I am happy to refer to others who are always helpful with very structured techniques. I fulfill another part of life and becoming. It's wonderful how we can all work together.

My life followed fire first, then earth, then wind. Now it follows the water.
